Batool Ashour is a heritage conservation architect and project management specialist at the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters (NCCAL) in Kuwait. She leads the Ahmadi Cultural Platform, a national multidisciplinary initiative integrating heritage preservation, urban regeneration, and the development of infrastructure for cultural policy and cultural tourism. Her work bridges architecture, planning, governance, and community engagement to safeguard modern heritage within sustainable development frameworks and to connect local identity with global standards in shaping Kuwait’s cultural landscape.
