Faisal graduated from Kuwait University in 2001 with a degree in Business Management and Organization. He then worked in several fields, including banking, investment, and retail sectors. From 2017-2021, he served as the Operations and Creative Director of the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre, delivering three successful and memorable cultural seasons, which contained some of the biggest musical and theatrical productions in Kuwait's history.
